Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing

Ready-to-ship orders are normally prepared within 2–4 business days after order confirmation.

Made-to-order, personalised or specially commissioned pieces may require additional production time. The estimated timeframe will be stated on the product page or confirmed with the customer after the order is placed.

Business days exclude Fridays, public holidays and any announced closure periods.

Delivery Within Egypt

We deliver throughout Egypt. Delivery normally takes 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination governorate and courier availability.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather, courier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout before the order is completed. Additional charges may apply to oversized, heavy, fragile or remote-destination deliveries. If an additional charge is required, we will contact the customer before dispatch.

Order Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable telephone number.

RA Creations is not responsible for delays or additional delivery costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer. If an order is returned because delivery could not be completed, redelivery charges may apply.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, shipment details will be provided after dispatch. Tracking information may require some time to become active on the courier’s system.

Inspection on Delivery

Please inspect the package when it arrives. If the package or item appears damaged, photograph the outer packaging, internal packaging and product, and contact us promptly at info@racreationseg.com.

Please retain all packaging while the issue is being reviewed. Damaged, defective or incorrect items will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

International Delivery

International delivery is not currently available through standard website checkout. Customers interested in international shipping may contact info@racreationseg.com before ordering so that availability, cost, customs requirements and estimated delivery time can be confirmed.

Customs, duties and taxes applicable to an approved international shipment are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
